We provide PM services to many of our customers and maintain a list of equipment along with equipment model and serial numbers after our first visit. These records allow us to have a specific part in stock or order promptly for your specific equipment. We keep a schedule for those who want either spring, summer, fall, or winter maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and maximize efficiency and longevity.

Equipment PMs are a great way to keep equipment operating at peak performance while increasing efficiency. Dirty equipment leads to high stress, high amperage/power consumption, and component damage. 

We PM equipment such as Ice machines, Roof Top Units, Exhaust Fans, AC and refrigeration units, and more. We have built a customized heated pressure washer trailer with a 250-gallon water tank for washing equipment such as condensing coils, along with smaller portable units to suit our customer’s needs.
